Ownership, with purpose
Your vision.
A practice that
makes it possible.
Build a practice that reflects the doctor you are—and the difference you want to make. VERO brings partnership, mentorship, and practical support to your next chapter.

01 / Why VERO
You have the ambition.
Your environment should
help you live it.
You invest in yourself. You learn, you grow, and you see what your practice could become. Making that vision real takes a team, a plan, and an environment that can grow with you.
That is why VERO exists. We partner with dentists to build practices around their goals, with the infrastructure and guidance to put those goals into action.
Our shared purpose is service.
Care that patients can trust. An experience the team is proud to deliver. A workplace where people feel valued—and leaders are grateful for the people beside them.
02 / Built around you
Different ambitions.
A personal path forward.
Every VERO practice has its own character. The right partnership begins with understanding what matters to you.
Your practice. A shared investment.

in your corner.
Step into practice ownership with an experienced partner. Together, we connect your ambitions to the realities of the practice, the needs of its patients, and a plan you can understand.

A culture you help create.
Become the leader

Your practice’s culture starts with its people. VERO’s approach combines guidance for the doctor and office manager with practical work on hiring, training, communication, and shared responsibility.

- Support for developing leadership and training
- More responsibility as capability and readiness grow
Learning, brought into practice.
Give your clinical growth
a place to take root.
A course can inspire a new direction. Applying it takes the right cases, clinical readiness, team preparation, workflows, and mentorship. Dr. Kwon personally mentors doctors as they develop their clinical practice.
- Clinical goals matched to patient needs and readiness
- Mentorship grounded in active clinical practice
- Team and laboratory collaboration where relevant
A clear next step.
Build what comes next
on a thoughtful foundation.
Your next chapter might mean a stronger business, new capabilities, or a better space. We work from the opportunity in front of you, grounding ambition in research, resources, and practice economics.
- A shared view of the opportunity and constraints
- Practical priorities and defined responsibilities
- Growth that supports people and the practice
Support, responsibilities, and ownership terms are defined for each partnership.
03 / The partnership approach
Individual practices.
Shared responsibility.
You bring your character, your goals, and your commitment. We work with you to build the environment behind them.
- 01
Start with your goals.
Understand the kind of owner, leader, and clinician you want to become—and the people you want to serve.
- 02
Ground the vision.
Look at patient needs, clinical readiness, the team, available resources, and the economics of the practice.
- 03
Define the partnership.
Align on ownership, responsibilities, decision-making, and what support looks like in the specific opportunity.
- 04
Develop together.
Build the team and systems, review progress, and grow local leadership as the doctor and practice are ready.
04 / Partnership in practice
MILL PLAIN FAMILY DENTAL
A doctor’s ambition.
A team taking shape.
A new chapter ahead.
For Dr. Richard Lee, the starting point was ownership: building a business, developing a team, and growing with an experienced partner beside him.
At Mill Plain, that partnership continues to evolve—from hands-on business support to developing Richard and the existing office manager as local leaders.
What could your next chapter look like?Build the business.
George initially took responsibility for hiring, finances, and relocation planning, while guiding Richard in team training and leadership.
Grow the local leaders.
A team is now in place. George is guiding Richard and the office manager in hiring, training, and leading that team.
Make room for what’s next.
A 10,000-square-foot space is being developed for Mill Plain’s relocation, with VERO contributing the research and drive behind the project.
An ongoing practice story, shared by Dr. Kwon. The relocation is in development; future outcomes are not yet established.

05 / A partner who practices
Still treating patients.
Still building.
Right beside you.
Dr. George Kwon created VERO to help doctors build an environment where their goals can become part of everyday practice.
He remains a practicing dentist focused on complex care, including full-mouth rehabilitation and implant reconstruction. He personally mentors doctors clinically and brings that perspective to practice development and ownership.
His Built to Last Protocol reflects a commitment to comprehensive assessment, individualized planning, clear patient communication, and ongoing maintenance.

A few things to know
A good partnership
starts with clarity.
The first conversation is a chance to understand each other and explore whether there is a fit.
Who is VERO for?
VERO is for dentists exploring practice co-ownership who want to develop as owners, leaders, or clinicians—and who share a commitment to serving patients well and valuing their teams.
Will my practice have its own identity?
Yes. VERO’s model is built around the individual doctor’s character, goals, and preferences. The team, culture, and clinical direction should reflect the practice and the people it serves, within the responsibilities and resources agreed for the partnership.
Do I need to focus on advanced procedures?
No. Your goals may center on ownership, leadership, team development, clinical growth, or a combination. Clinical plans should fit patient needs, your readiness, and the resources of the practice.
What does VERO’s support include?
The model brings together business guidance, operational support, team and leadership development, and personal clinical mentorship. The scope, timing, and responsibilities are defined for each partnership; services are not assumed to be identical across every office.
How are ownership and financial terms decided?
Each opportunity is considered individually. Ownership structure, investment, financial arrangements, responsibilities, and decision limits are discussed and documented for the specific partnership.
What happens after I reach out?
Start by sharing a little about your experience, your goals, and the next chapter you are considering. That gives George a starting point for a conversation about fit and possible next steps.
